Kick Boxing

In this program, we teach adults and teenagers how to use their own body: feet, hands, elbows, and knees as a natural weapon for self-defense.

We demonstrate proper Muay Thai techniques and explain them in detail to make sure students comprehend the logic behind each drill and exercise. The instructors will explain the fundamentals of basic foot work, clinch, punches, knees, and kicks.

This is also a great opportunity for adults and teenagers to improve their motor skills and discipline. Everyone will develop a humble attitude, respect for themselves and others, and a winning attitude.
